“You’re only a guest one time”

In one form or another, Newberry United Methodist Church has been a part of the Newberry community since 1901. We are a small but growing church, with a heart for God and a strong desire to proclaim Christ and his Good News.

Today we are renewed in Spirit, growing in vision, and excited over the prospects of our next steps in ministry. We are witnessing the Holy Spirit impact our community through feeding the hungry, partnering with local public schools, festival outreaches, and small group (discipleship) development. We are always looking for the next place where the Spirit of God is leading us to serve and be in relationship with others.

We have asked God to help us find innovative ways to reach the hearts of people and to find new ways to do things in this new world and new environment. We pray that as you sincerely seek God’s direction for your life, you will visit us as you take the next step in your search for a local church with which you can identify.
