Opportunities for Service
The ministries web page has an exhaustive list of the numerous ministries and service opportunities available at Newberry United Methodist Church. While we are truly grateful to our Lord for the wonderful people He has given us who serve so faithfully, we are also aware there are still a lot of needs of the people in our community and of those in our congregation that are still unmet.
It may be that, as you scan these descriptions of the various ministries, you will see a hole or gap in our efforts. If so, our prayer is that God will prompt you by His Holy Spirit to 1) step up to the plate and offer your life as a “living sacrifice”, 2) make a commitment to serve, and 3) join us in this great enterprise of sharing Jesus with our community and the world.
